Capurro, using the highest standards and quality materials to evoke the old world. Marble walls and steps, Cordova terra cotta tiles, clear quarter-sawn oak basket-weave pattern floors, with two-line mahogany borders, and Southern gum on the wainscoting, trims, and moldings. The exterior is redwood, and the foundations are bolted Golden Gate cement per the original specifications in the architect's contract.
